Is Tilluminati a Green company?

We’re an eco-friendly company who promotes diversity and green living.  Many of our products are made in the USA, and we work with companies who promote a higher standard of living, minimize environmental impact and invest in the communities in which their employees and customers live. People are becoming more conscious about the products they’re buying and how these products are made. That’s why we offer certain styles crafted from sustainable resources. Our organic garment offerings, along with some of our shipping materials and day to day operations, continually promote eco-friendly processes.

At Tilluminati we believe music is an expression of the soul. QUALITY CARE

What Kind of T shirt & Hoodie do you print on?

Our Tshirts, Hoodies and other products are manufactured by several companies such as American Apparel (made in the USA, with manufacturing out of Los Angeles, CA), along with popular brands such as Hanes, Port Authority (Port and Company), District Threads, SportTek, and more as we continue to update our product line. We mainly print on durable, 100% cotton products that come in various sizes for men, women, and kids. We can also print on toddler*, tall* and sizes up to 6x with some brands (*via custom order). We offer a range of higher quality, comfort-soft shirts and hoodies, as well as, more promotional type of product lines, all priced reasonably and competitively.

How are your Tshirts & Hoody’s printed - Ink, Screen Print, Stitch/Embroidery?

We can print using all three of these methods. Our main printing technique for our Tshirts, Hoodies, and other products are printed using state-of-the-art Ink printing processes via high-quality inkjet garment printers developed in Japan. We print them in the USA, mainly out of our fulfillment centers in California and New Hampshire, and we have distribution centers throughout the United States.

We print on most color garments, including black and white. Dark colors are pre-treated with a special solution and cured in a heat press before printing to allow the design to print vibrantly on dark colors. This Ink printing process prints very clear and concise designs on most garment colors. Extensive wash testing has been done using the Inks used in our garment machines, and they are very durable and equal in most cases to screen printing, and more reasonably priced on orders less than 100. Due to its unique printing techniques, a very limited number of designs may not print with the high standards of quality Tilluminati requires, and should this occur, we will contact you to make other arrangements or provide a full refund.

For orders of 100+ items, special arrangements can be made for screen printing. Embroidery (stitching) is also available on quantities over 25 with special pricing. To inquire, please contact service@tilluminati.com .

How should I wash my Tshirts & other products? Will they shrink?

Most of our garments are pre-shrunk 100% cotton products. Special notation is made on each product if blends are available (i.e.: a small few are 90/10, 80/20 or 60/40 cotton/poly blends, or other blends as noted on each product). Generally speaking, most 100% cotton products should be washed in cold water, with low heat or air dry, for best results and the least amount of shrinkage. Our garments provide washing instructions on clothing labels which we recommend you review prior to washing.

For our darker colored products, a pre-treatment solution is applied to the print area so all Ink colors print true to color. The pre-treatment solution washes out in cold water.

How do your Tshirts & Hoodies fit? What sizes do you offer?

Each of our products list size/fit information. American Apparel and District Threads apparel fit similarly, and you’ll find their Tshirts and Hoodies are cut for a youthful shape so we recommend reviewing the sizing information before you order. Most of their garments fit a little snug to flatter almost any body type, and if you’re not sure what size to get or if you’re in-between sizes, you may want to order the next size larger. Our other brands such as Hanes, Port Authority (Port and Company), or SportTek generally fit true to size listed. We recommend reviewing the Size Charts listed with each product prior to purchase.

We offer a range of sizes including Kids, Youth, Jr. Ladies, Womens, Mens, Adult/Unisex, XS-6XL, depending on the products. We list all sizes available in our shopping cart with each product. We can also custom order baby and toddler sizes by contacting us at service@tilluminati.com.

What color of Tshirts, Hoodies and other products are available?

We list color choices with each product sold. You’ll notice we offer a wide range of color options. We have other colors available with some of our products so if you’re interested in viewing other color options, please contact us at service@tilluminati.com and we’ll outline the additional colors available by product. Not all colors are available by product, depending on the manufacture, but we will address any special requests.

SHIPPING

We ship mainly via UPS or USPS.  We will need a physical address to ship to as UPS will not deliver a package to a P.O. Box.  General shipping practices are to either leave the package in your mailbox if it fits, or on your front porch.  You do not have to sign for the package. 

Most standard orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from your date of order.  Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Tilluminati does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time and within the estimated delivery days outlined. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items may arrive after the estimated arrival date, such as large orders (50+), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska, or issues with the design or media may all delay delivery of your order. Generally, standard shipping orders will arrive within the estimated 7-10 business days.

Domestic USA

Tilluminati offers two shipping options to meet your needs – Standard and Express.  We calculate our shipping methods based on the type and quantity of items.

Standard shipping orders will be processed, printed, shipped and delivered within 7-10 business days from your date of order. Express shipping orders will be processed within 24 hours and sent overnight, and in most cases will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days from your date of order. Shipping rates (in US dollars) are as follows:

Although the information on our website is accessible worldwide, our products discussed are not available in all geographic locations, and are currently available in the US domestic only at this time. Tracking Orders

Most packages will be shipped via USPS mail, and at this time we do not have the ability to track your order.  Most orders will be processed and delivered within 7-10 business days.  If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please contact our Customer Service department at service@tilluminati.com

RETURNS

100% Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days from the date of purchase, simply send an email to returns@tilluminati.com and request a return authorization number.  We will either exchange your order, or provide a refund of the purchase price less shipping cost. Out of professional courtesy, returned items should be unused and unwashed.  Thank you.

We will do our best to return your email within 48 hours.  In your email, please provide the following information for our Customer Service department:

• Receipt number (found in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed)
• Your full name
• A phone number to reach you
• Date of order (approximate if unknown)
• The specific item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
• Your reason for returning the item(s)

ORDER INFORMATION – CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

How do I cancel my order?

Because we print shirts daily, we would appreciate any cancellation immediately to ensure we’re able to pull your order from the print process which usually occurs within 24 hours.  To cancel, please email us within 24 hours at service@tilluminati.com to request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the Receipt # and Name in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us.  Once we receive your order back, your payment method will be refunded, less any shipping charges and tax, if they applied.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?

Once you’ve place an order and it is submitted with receipt, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We print, process and ship our orders as quickly as possible which make changes very difficult. You can always contact us at service@tilluminati.com   to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it prints.  Please provide your receipt number; name; phone number; item(s) ordered including product, size, color and design; and date of order in your email. We will do our best to contact you within 48 hours as to whether we were able to stop the order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What is the cost of your Tshirts and other products? Does it include shipping and tax? 

Our Tshirts, Hoody’s and other products are reasonably priced and are offered at various pricing levels, depending on the product and total number of items ordered. Our general price range for tshirts is $18-$25, and for hoodies is $38-$48 on average.

Our shipping and handling fee varies based on number of item(s) and type of shipping ordered. Generally speaking, the shipping and handling fee starts at an average rate of $5.95 for 1-2 items ordered. See our shipping chart listed in our FAQ section. These rates are subject to change based on product line(s).

Customers located in the states of California (CA) and Washington (WA) will incur a sales tax based on their location per IRS regulations, but generally, products shipped outside of California, Washington or New Hampshire will not be taxed.   

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. In addition, if you have a PayPal account, you may login and pay using any bank accounts linked in your PayPal. All transactions are processed by PayPal’s secure payment processing service even if you do not possess a PayPal account.

Can I get discount or special pricing for volume orders?

Yes, we will address discount/special pricing for volume orders.  Please send an email to service@tilluminati.com and let us know approximate number of items you’re interested in ordering and the timing of order, and we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours, usually less. Notate in subject “Volume Order-Request Bulk Discount”, and provide details and contact information in your email. Generally, we offer the following:

Discounts for Volume Orders – We offer discounts on orders of 20 or more items ordered (i.e.: can be any 20+ products and does not have to be the same item, color or size). You’ll note the discounts will calculate in your cart at the end of your order, before final processing. Our discounts are based on the number of items ordered, as follows:

Bulk Custom Orders for 100+ Items – Email service@tilluminati.com and request a quote for orders of 100+ items. The following applies:

• Notate in subject line of email - “Volume Order-Request Bulk Discount”.
• Include in your email - list all specifics of your request including item name and number; number of items; type of printing desired (Ink, screen print or embroidery/stitch); date order needed; location; and list full contact info with phone number. Customer Service will contact you to review your order.
• Following email approval from a customer on their custom bulk order of 100+ items, we will print and send a sample for approval. If desired, a customer can provide instructions and approval via email without viewing a sample. However, once a custom bulk order has been approved via email, the order is final and we will be unable to provide a refund for bulk volume orders due to the large quantity printed.
• Bulk discount pricing is only available when shipped to one location.
• Screen Print and Embroidery - for orders of 100+ items, special arrangements can be made for screen printing. Embroidery (stitching) is also available on quantities over 25 or more. Email us at service@tilluminati.com to inquire.

Who can submit designs and where can I find information about submitting my art?

We welcome anyone interested in sharing their art with others to submit a design.  All artistic genres whether graphic designs or digital photos of your art are encouraged.
